YEP! I'm convinced they're NOT divorcing....

Or perhaps they're one of the rare Hollywood couples that are REALLY mature and decided to put their child first?!?! *shrug*

Soon to be divorced couple, let them tell it, Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz were spotted with their son Bronx on a family fun day excursion at the Travel Town Museum, where Bronx got the chance to see real trains and take a ride through the small park.

Nonetheless, my hat goes off to them! Setting their differences aside.

Now aren't they a mature "ex-couple", eh? Or, perhaps there could be a reconciliation in their future? Either way, KUDOS to them for coming together to show their son that mommy and daddy can play nice in the sandbox!

Earlier today, soon-to-be-divorced couple Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz took their son Bronx to the Beverly Glen Mall where they grabbed some Starbucks drinks.

Despite Ashlee Simpson being put on blast about her messing around with Pete Wentz's bandmate last week, it appears the former married couple are doing alright, eh?

The two were spotted hitting a Hollywood In-N-Out restaurant on Saturday.

Ashlee Simpson Has Found Comfort In The Arms Of Pete Went's Artist???

WOW, Ashlee...say it ain't so!

Ashlee Simpson may have found her rebound man -- who just happens to be a friend of Pete Wentz, her soon-to-be ex-husband. Photos at E! News show Simpson, 25, shopping in L.A. with rocker Craig Owens, who holds her close with his arm around her shoulders. (Last month, the singer-actress filed for divorce from Fall Out Boy's Wentz, 31, after nearly two years of marriage.) According to E!, singer-songwriter Owens, 26, is the former frontman for the punk group Chiodos, and is now signed to Wentz' s record label, Decaydance. This summer, Owens will tour with a new group Wentz helped organize, D.R.U.G.S. (Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows). So what does Wentz think of his protege's new potential romance with his future ex-wife? "Pete did a lot for this guy," a Wentz source says. "Craig was in another band and got kicked out. Pete found Craig, built a band around him and signed him. He's shocked at how this guy is repaying him." Counters a source close to Simpson: "Ashlee and Craig are longtime friends. They have spent some time together, and he is comforting her throughout this difficult time."
