"Jersey Shore" Cast Is Getting Paid HOW MUCH???

Those reality show prospects are looking real good right about now...I'm just sayin'!

The good news for the Jersey Shore cast: They’re getting a huge raise. The other good news: They get to spend it shooting next season in Italy. And the bad news is … actually, for the Shore cast, there is no bad news. Didn’t you read the above? The cast is being paid a massive amount of money to get drunk and screw around in Italy. For the Shore stars, there is no downside. As has been reported, the eight-member cast has just finished their salary negotiations. Multiple sources close to the matter tell EW the deal has members of the “core group” now pulling down at least $100,000 per episode, especially once you factor in their bonus structure. Each season is usually 13 episodes. (MTV had no comment.) That’s a quantum leap for a group that once made headlines by haggling a raise to $10k per episode for season 2. And, of course, the per-episode salary from MTV is only part of the group’s income, with appearances and product endorsements tacking on additional large sums. (One tally puts The Situation’s annual income at $5 million.) Regardless of what you might think of Snooki, Sitch and Co., they’re not pulling a robbery — on the balance sheet, they’re worth the money. Jersey Shore is like the American Idol of basic cable, delivering huge adult demo numbers that are higher than many, if not most, broadcast shows. The season in Italy, which starts shooting in May and already has the locals lining up to criticize the show, could bring the series to a whole new level.

Snooki, Jwoww And Pauly D Score "Jersey Shore" Spinoffs

We reported this information months ago, but MTV has now confirmed they are moving forward with TWO "Jersey Shore" spinoff shows: one for DJ Pauly D and the other for Snooki and Jwoww!

“I got my own Spinoff! #SnookiRevolution” Snooki tweeted. The show, according to MTV, will examine the lives of Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and Jenni "J-Woww" Farley with a fine-toothed comb as their friendship grows with wisdom and understanding. And let’s not forget about Pauly D. The DJ will do what he does best (no, not hairstyling) and will travel with his pals from Rhode Island. MTV says the focus will be on “one of the country’s most in-demand DJ’s.” The show will start filming later this year and be on air in 2012.

Ummmm, the burning question in my mind is, WHAT ABOUT THE "JERSEY SHORE"? Is it over? I hope not!

"Jersey Shore's" Ronnie On Sammi: We Were "Toxic" To Each Other

*GASP* Ya don't say?!?!?!?

Jersey Shore star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro reveals to Life&Style magazine why he and on-again-off-again girlfriend Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola are no longer together and are better off apart!

"Some people are just toxic to each other." For three seasons, the love-torn roommates have tried to make their rocky romance work, but when Sammi lied about hooking up with another, Ronnie realized he needed his space. "Cheating is where I draw the line," states Ronnie, 25, who says he's too young for a relationship.

And what does Sammi think about the whole ordeal?

Sammi, 24, says the guy was just a friend, but now she says she'll never speak to him again. "I was given a bad-luck streak, and it was like everything at once came tumbling down," Sammi says.

"We're better off career- and health-wise figuring out what we need for ourselves," says Ronnie.

Love can truly be blind...ESPECIALLY when you are young! So, there really isn't a valid explanation to give as to why these two are STILL together. But they are...SMH!

Jersey Shore's Sammi Giancola is revealing about her boyfriend Ronnie Ortiz-Magro:

"He's a good person. Nobody's perfect. I get out of hand, he gets out of hand."

Really, Sam? That's it? Oh, okay....

A source close to Sammi and the situation is also revealing: "Sam always has excuses. She kept saying that wasn't the Ronnie she knew. Ronnie was verbally abusive for sure."
