Lindsay Lohan Back On For "Gotti" Movie Role!!!

But not as Victoria Gotti this time. Lindsay Lohan will now play Kim Gotti, the wife of John Gotti Jr., in the flick.

Movie execs need to make up their minds and not speak so quickly next time!

Just a few hours after the producer of Gotti: Three Generations said that Lindsay Lohan was "no longer being considered" for a role in the film, he's changed his mind. "She was definitely out as of earlier today, but she really wanted the part," Marc Fiore says. In fact, you could say Lohan made Fiore an offer he couldn't refuse. "She not only is back in the movie, but she single-handedly put it all together," says the producer. "She called me personally and put her team on it and we came to an agreement." He added that Lohan, 24, was "no nonsense," when it came to making the deal happen. "She played a real leadership role."

I see Lindsay is hell-bent on getting her career back on track! It's good to hear that she is focused!

Lindsay Lohan No Longer Up For "Gotti" Movie Role!

What? What happened??? Just last week it appeared Lindsay was a shoe-in to play Victoria Gotti, even posing for pics with the Italian mob princess.

Now Marc Fiore, producer of Gotti: Three Generations, is speaking out that Lindsay Lohan is no longer in the running for the role:

"We are not talking any further about Lindsay playing Victoria. She is no longer being considered. The talks have stopped. We are going to meet with other people [for the role]."

I don't know about this! It seems Lindsay would've been perfect for the role, and would've added that extra "umph" that the movie would need to bring in the big bucks at the box office.

He continues:

"She a wonderful person. Her legal case has nothing to do with it. We just couldn't reach terms."

What "terms" exactly?!

Dah well! Lindsay, you gotta find another role to help with that career doll.

It's being reported that Lindsay Lohan is in final talks with movie execs to play John Gotti's daughter Victoria in the upcoming biopic. 

John Travolta is also in final talks to play John Gotti, and the budget for the total movie so far is $75 million.

Lindsay's cut? Who knows. I'm just happy she is trying to get her life back on track.

Lindsay Lohan Planning To Change Her Name!

So did Madonna and Prince, and now you can add Lindsay Lohan to the list of celebrities who are opting for a single moniker, with the troubled star's mom, Dina, confirming to me that Lindsay plans to remove "Lohan" from her official name. "Lindsay is dropping the Lohan and just going by Lindsay," Dina tells me, exclusively. "Plus, me and [younger daughter] Ali will be officially changing our last names back to my maiden name, Sullivan." Lindsay had been thinking about dropping her surname for some time but at first thought no one would know who she was. It was only after the infamous Super Bowl E-trade advertisement referring to a baby as "that milkaholic Lindsay," that the actress knew she no longer needed it. "So many of the greatest people in showbiz are known by just their first name. Look at Oprah and Beyonce. Now you can add Lindsay to that list," a family friend tells me. "And it's a way for them all to start over. No one in the family want anything to do with Lindsay's father [Michael Lohan] anymore and that includes sharing a last name." The name "Lohan" is Irish, and Lindsay can trace her roots back to County Cork, as can the "Sullivan" family, according to Irish Central. She also has some Italian heritage as well. Whether Michael Lohan is saddened about this news is not known -- I'm waiting to hear his response. I hope this will be the fresh beginning that the "family formally know as Lohan" so desperately needs!

Ya know, I can't say I blame the girl for wanting to distance herself from her father. He hasn't been much of a "father" in her life anyway. Had he been a constant, maybe she wouldn't have all of the problems that she is currently having.

Lindsay Lohan and all of her siblings - Ali, Cody, and Michael Jr - were spotted exiting Madison Square Garden in New York City yesterday after checking out the New York Knicks basketball game.

Throughout it all....family is supposed to stick together. This is probably what she needs at the moment. And not those enablers she's been surrounding herself with for years!

Former Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus fulfilled her hosting duties on this weekend's Saturday Night Live in a very funny parody as Lindsay Lohan on the TV show Duh! Winning! With Charlie Sheen. 

Miley mocks Lindsay saying:

“My new movie Herbie opened 68 months ago and the Los Angeles Court House just gave me my own parking spot. Winning! Duh!” she said.

Ooooooh, Miley....DON'T DO IT!!! Because you are one blunt away from taking over as Lindsay's successor, k?
