Eclectic fashion icons Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were spotted at the Metropolitan Opera House in New York City last night.

The wealthy duo were on hand for the premiere of Rossini’s Le Comte Ory both rocking innneresting 'fits coupled with their "John Lennon" shades.

I have admit, although it doesn't mirror my own, I love their style! Not trendy at all! It definitely can be appreciated!

The Olsen Twins Talk Fashion Success In The New VOGUE.....

....all while on stilts and in pajamas. Hmmmmmm, random!

One of the world's most famous twins, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are featured in VOGUE magazine's April issue where they talk about the success of their THREE (count 'em...3!!!) fashion lines - Elizabeth & James; The Row; Olsenboye - what qualifies them to be fashion designers, and more!
Still, how have they pulled any of this off without a formal design education? “Fair question,” replies Ashley, “but Dualstar started when we were six. And we had a collection with Walmart at twelve, which was the upper tier of the tween market. It was before celebrity designers.” “And we were really designing it,” adds Mary-Kate. “It would be jeans, a bit bohemian, or with a little blazer. It was really fashion-forward.”
The girls took control of the company built on their childhood earnings in TV and movies on their eighteenth birthday, when they bought out the former owners, took a hiatus from acting, and moved to New York. Dualstar has now had retail sales of $1 billion. What could possibly have qualified them for such corporate responsibility, or made them even want it?
Mary-Kate, expert thrower of the stunning conversation stopper, replies, “Well, at that point we had been working eighteen years.”
Somebody, get WalMart executives on the line...NOW!!!!!!! Say what you will, but these are tough and smart cookies! Not only do they have a knack for fashion, but their business sense (and surrounding themselves with people who understand their vision) should be applauded!

Get MORE Money, Ladies!!!

Mary Kate Olsen...WHAT ARE YOU WEARING?

Ummmmmm, is this fashion? Before you answer, some would say YES!

Mogul Mary Kate Olsen (1/2 of the Olsen twins) was spotted wearing a cheetah print hat, round black glasses, a brown scarf and an over-sized black jacket leaving her New York City apartment yesterday.

Keep in mind, this is the same woman that made the homeless-chic craze very trendy a couple of years ago.

It's not my style, but heeeey....whatever makes your boat float!
